When I arrived, the rooms weren't clean and the furniture was dirty, but they turned out to be comfortable, spacious, and clean, almost like living in an apartment rather than a hotel room. The service was a mix; some were extremely friendly and helpful, while others were inefficient and lethargic. The location was great, within walking distance of pretty much everything. The dining experience was generally good, with a large selection, though could use some menu changes. The facilities were standard.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and comfy with a well-made bed, but the outdated decor and broken artwork with duct tape detracted from the ambiance. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff who were always friendly and eager to assist. The location was ideal, close to attractions while still offering peace and quiet. The dining options were decent but could use more healthy choices. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.

I felt like I was living in an apartment rather than a hotel room at this property, with very spacious rooms featuring a great comfortable King bed. The simple furniture gave a cozy touch, although it looked quite outdated. The service, especially from Janet, was exceptional with incredibly courteous and awesome staff, making my stay welcoming and enjoyable. The location was ideal for both exploring downtown and easily accessing NYC with a short walk to the train station. Dining was satisfying, meeting my expectations, although I wished for more variety in breakfast options. The facilities were well-equipped for a pleasant stay.
